All products sold through NiSiRa Sarees are handcrafted and may contain slight variations — these are not defects but reflections of authentic craftsmanship.
We are not liable for any damages, direct or consequential, arising from the use or misuse of our products.
In case of unavoidable delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural calamities, strikes, or courier disruptions), we shall not be held liable.
We will, however, make every reasonable effort to fulfill your order promptly.

Damaged Products
Every NiSiRa saree undergoes strict quality checks before shipping.
However, if you receive a product that has been damaged during transit:

Kindly email us at hello@nisirasarees.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please attach clear unpacking video and photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Upon verification, we will replace it with the same or a similar saree, subject to availability.
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.
Please note that minor weaving irregularities or variations in color due to screen lighting are not considered damages — they are part of the handloom’s natural charm.
Missed Deliveries
Our delivery partners attempt to deliver your parcel up to three times.
If all delivery attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to us.

You may request a re-shipment by paying an additional ₹250.

For COD orders that are returned to us, re-shipping will be done only after full online payment of the order amount plus additional shipping charges.
