EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
At Nisira Sarees, every saree is crafted and packed with love, care, and attention. We understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be needed, and we’re here to help — with fairness and simplicity.
EXCHANGE POLICY

You may request an exchange within 4 days of receiving your saree, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

The saree must be returned neatly folded in its original packaging with all tags, blouse pieces, and labels intact.

We currently do not offer a pick-up facility. The return courier will need to be arranged from your end at your own cost.

Once we receive the saree and it passes our quality check, an exchange will be processed for another saree of your choice or store credit (as applicable).

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns only in cases of a genuine defect or damage.

To qualify for a refund, you must provide a complete opening video of the parcel — recorded from the moment the package is opened until the defect or damage is clearly visible.

Please email the video and order details to hello@nisirasarees.in within 48 hours of delivery.

Once we verify the issue and receive the product back, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference and the situation.
NOTE FROM OUR STUDIO
Each NiSiRa saree is handwoven and may contain slight weaving irregularities, slubs, or color variations — these are not considered defects, but hallmarks of authentic craftsmanship.
We thank you for your understanding and for supporting handmade artistry. Every saree you drape keeps an ancient tradition alive.
