SHIPPING & DELIVERY – INDIA
At Nisira Sarees, every drape is handled with care and devotion — from our studio to your doorstep. We partner only with trusted logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time, wrapped in love and precision.
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
All Nisira Sarees orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
If there’s any delay due to high demand or quality checks, we will personally inform you via email or WhatsApp.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
Within India:
Our logistics partners typically deliver within 2–4 business days for metro cities and 5–7 business days for non-metro areas after dispatch.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier network issues — but rest assured, your saree will always find its way home.
International Orders:
For our global Goddesses, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Within India:

Free shipping for all prepaid orders.

A COD handling charge of ₹150 applies for Cash on Delivery orders.
International Shipping:

Charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight and destination.

All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applicable in your country will be borne by the recipient.
Failure to pay these charges may result in your order being held or returned to us. In such cases, shipping and return charges cannot be refunded.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
You can monitor your saree’s journey in real time until she reaches your arms.
